Everything on the menu is photographed in-house from the actual batch — the photo date is stamped on every card. Flower is graded AAA to AAAA on the gold plate, weights show live per-gram pricing, and edibles list total milligrams. Add what you want; the free-delivery bar tracks your progress to $110.
Check out online
Enter your address and pick a payment method. Interac e-transfer: send it to the address in your confirmation email with your order number as the message — auto-deposit is on, no security question, and your order dispatches the moment it lands. Cash at the door: nothing to do now; just have the amount ready when the driver arrives. First order? Apply LAUNCH15 in the cart for 15% off.
Meet us at the door
You’ll get a text when your order is on a route and again when the driver is close. Packaging is plain and unbranded. Have government ID ready — every order is checked 19+, no exceptions, even for regulars. In a condo or hotel? The driver texts from the lobby and you come down to meet them.
If something hiccups
My e-transfer is stuck on “pending”
Most banks clear to auto-deposit in under two minutes, but a first transfer to a new recipient can hold for up to 30. Your order dispatches as soon as it lands — text us if it’s been longer than that and we’ll chase it from our side.
I gave the wrong buzzer / unit number
Text the number in your confirmation SMS as soon as you notice. The driver will already have your order on board; a corrected buzzer mid-route is no problem.
I missed the 7:30 PM cutoff
Your order is queued first-out for the next morning from 10 AM. If you’d rather change or cancel it, reply to the confirmation text before it dispatches.
My address is outside the delivery zones
Checkout will tell you before you pay. Call or text us — if you’re just past a boundary we can sometimes fit you on a route with an adjusted minimum.
