Service areas & minimums

Mississauga, Brampton and Etobicoke: $50 minimum, free delivery over $110, flat $10 fee under it, typical window 1–2 hours. Oakville, Milton and Georgetown: $75 minimum, free delivery over $150, flat $15 fee under it, typical window 2–3 hours. Full neighbourhood detail on Delivery Areas.

Cutoffs & hours

Open every day 10 AM – 9 PM. Orders placed by 7:30 PM go out the same day; later orders dispatch first the next morning. Holiday hours, when they differ, are posted on the homepage utility bar.

ID at the door

Every delivery includes a 19+ check against government photo ID — driver’s licence, passport, or provincial photo card. No valid ID, no handoff; the order returns to base and re-delivery terms apply.

If we miss you

The driver waits a few minutes and calls twice. After that the order returns to base and we text to reschedule. First re-delivery is free; repeat misses may carry a $10 re-delivery fee. Orders are never left unattended.

Weather & delays

Severe weather and major traffic events can stretch windows. You’ll get an SMS if your order’s timing changes materially — you can always reply to reschedule instead.
